One community. A shared practice.
A one-time starting point before the ongoing monthly work.
SEE. FACE. CUT. GROW. Put the work into your life.
Familiar faces. Honest conversation and follow-through.
4 live virtual sessions90 minutes each
Complete Foundations once at the start of membership, before the ongoing monthly work. Understand Ruined, your story, and how to show up for what comes next.
2022
The role I had been working toward went to someone else.
What I believed it meant
I took the decision as proof that I wasn’t good enough. I couldn’t see another direction.
What I can see today
The disappointment was real. It also made me ask whether I wanted that work, or just wanted to be chosen.
Select a year to explore. These are fictional examples, not member stories.
Foundations helps you understand the community, understand yourself, and learn how to show up for the work ahead. Everyone completes it once before entering the ongoing Membership experience.
Foundations does four things
Learn what Ruined is, why it exists, what we believe, and what we are building together. Honesty, vulnerability, ownership, contribution, accountability, and doing the real work shape the culture.
Explore the experiences, decisions, and defining moments that shaped who you are today. Use the Ruined Timeline to examine what happened and the meaning you gave it.
Recognize the beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that continue to influence your life. Get honest about where you are today: what is working, what is not, and what needs your attention.
Learn how to show up as a Ruined member. Understand the monthly experience, SEE / FACE / CUT / GROW, Circles, accountability, and your role in the community.
The outcome
With shared language, clear expectations, a better understanding of your story and patterns, and an understanding of what it means to be part of Ruined.
Five prompts help you name what you are carrying forward. Write from where you are today, in your own words.
Illustrative exercise. This letter is fictional.
To my future self,
I am at the beginning of something I cannot see all the way through yet.
Waiting until I feel certain before taking the first step.
Someone who follows through on small decisions, even when no one is watching.
I will make time for the people I care about. I will ask for help sooner. I will make something before deciding I cannot.
Remember what mattered enough to begin. Make room for it again.
Keep going.
The monthly work
4 calls90 minutes each
Notice what is there.
Get honest about it.
Make room for change.
Put it into practice.
One starting point. Then a new topic each month.
Foundations only. Our shared starting point.
Where it goes. What matters. What changes.
Who you are becoming. What comes next.
More 2027 topics will be announced as they’re confirmed.
A monthly group challenge. Each topic comes with a small challenge to put the work into practice together.
December 2026 · TIME
An example of how we’ll explore one topic through four different conversations.
Make room for it.
01 / SEE
Observe what gets most of your time. Notice the routines, demands, and distractions that shape an ordinary day.

8–12 people.
Familiar faces,
twice a month.
Every Ruined member becomes part of a smaller Circle of 8–12 people, designed to create something the larger Membership calls can’t: space to be known, to contribute, to go deeper, and to be held accountable.
Circles are designed for continuity and familiarity, while still having room to evolve as the Ruined community grows.
One Circle meeting each month goes underneath the monthly topic. Why does this matter to you? Where is it showing up? What patterns are you noticing? What are you avoiding? What’s underneath it?
This is where members have space to talk, listen, understand, and be understood.
The second Circle meeting focuses on what you’re actually doing with the work. What did you change? What did you try? Where did you follow through? Where didn’t you? What are you doing next?
This turns insight into action and action into accountability.
The big room helps you see the work.
The small room helps you live it.
Over time, people begin to know your story, your patterns, your goals, your wins, your struggles, your commitments, and your progress. That’s when community becomes more than people attending the same calls. It becomes people who actually know you.
Don’t go through the work anonymously.
Circles create a smaller place inside Ruined where you can be seen, contribute to others, have honest conversations, and turn what you’re learning into something you actually live.
Show up, listen with curiosity, and speak honestly. Be willing to question your assumptions, try something between conversations, and contribute to someone else’s progress.

Make your invitation. Confirm your email, add your information, then review your terms and pay your first month or full year to finish registration. Your profile opens later by email.
Your exact offer, including any eligible Founding rate, is confirmed before you pay. Service begins with your cohort’s first Foundations call.

Pay your first month at Checkout. Service and your initial 12-month term begin with your cohort’s first Foundations call. Your next monthly charge is one calendar month later.
Cancel before service begins for a full refund, including tax. Your profile opens separately by email.
12-month initial commitment. Monthly early exit costs the lower of $1,500 or the remaining unpaid installments, replacing those installments.
Review your exact price, any eligible Founding rate, all four Foundations dates, and your payment authorization before paying. A saved card alone does not complete paid registration.
Monthly payments are installments during the initial year. Annual payment is the full year paid upfront; the saving shown compares it with 12 monthly payments. After the initial year, monthly plans continue month to month and annual plans renew annually until canceled. Turning off renewal does not itself end the initial commitment.
Your exact offer confirms whether you qualify for individual Founding pricing before you pay. A previously reserved individual rate remains available for your first paid membership. Couples plans have their own price.
Your awarded rate stays with you while that membership remains continuously active. Canceling before service begins preserves registration and any founding eligibility reserved at registration. If you leave after service begins, rejoining requires a new eligibility check.
An invitation, waitlist entry, or saved card alone does not enroll you or authorize payment. You must review and accept the terms and separately confirm Checkout.

Create or accept your invitation, confirm your email with a code, and fill out your information. Review the membership agreement, your exact price, and all four Foundations dates, then pay your first month or full year to complete registration. We’ll send a welcome email after confirmed payment. Your profile stays closed until a separate profile-access email arrives.
Service and your initial 12-month commitment begin with your cohort’s first Foundations call. Your offer shows all four call dates, the signup cutoff, and your next charge before you pay. The signup cutoff is 24 hours before that first call. Payment must complete before the cutoff; at or after it, review the next month’s cohort. Paying does not open your profile early; access arrives in a separate email.
Foundations is a one-time starting point for every member: four live virtual sessions over one month, 90 minutes each. You complete it once before moving into the ongoing monthly work. Complete the required personal work, including your Timeline and Future Letter. Your Circle is arranged during Foundations and revealed when you complete it.
Open their invitation link. For an emailed invitation, use the email address it was sent to. For a text invitation, enter the email you want to use for your account. That keeps your membership connected to the person who invited you.
Dates, times, and joining details appear in member Events as sessions are scheduled. Check the time zone shown on each event.
Check the individual session details for replay availability. A replay is not promised for every conversation, and you should not record other members without permission. If you need a membership you can complete entirely through recordings, talk with us before joining.
The four 90-minute membership calls total six hours each month. Add two Circle meetings and time to try the work between conversations, including a small group challenge tied to the monthly topic. November 2026 is Foundations only: a one-time series of four live virtual sessions over one month, 90 minutes each. The ongoing monthly topic cycle begins in December. Circle meeting lengths and dates are shared with the group.
Ruined is a personal-development community, not clinical mental-health care. You do not need a crisis or dramatic backstory to join. You may be rebuilding, rethinking what matters, or simply ready to make an intentional change.
The placement team considers your time zone, availability, known connections, and available places. Circles bring together 8–12 members, including a Supporter. They’re built for continuity and may evolve or divide as the community grows. Couples who register together on a shared membership are placed in the same Circle. Otherwise, a specific group is not guaranteed. If the fit or schedule needs attention, contact the team to discuss a move.
Yes. Couples membership covers two named adults with separate accounts on one bill. Each person completes their own profile and agreement and approves the shared membership arrangement. You will be placed in the same Circle, and any Circle move keeps you together.
Your Circle Supporter helps guide the conversation and keep the group connected. The WHY meeting explores what is underneath the monthly topic. The IMPLEMENTATION meeting returns to what you tried and what you will do next. Everyone contributes to the conversation and follow-through.
Respect the personal stories people share. Keep nonpublic Circle conversations and other members’ private information within the group. Review your own sharing choices before publishing profile or entry content. The examples on this page are illustrative, not private member submissions.
Not every event or physical item is included. Each experience lists its availability, access conditions, and any separate price. Apparel and artifacts are offered separately unless a specific offer says otherwise.
Your first monthly installment or full annual amount is paid at Checkout to complete registration. It covers your first month or year of service starting at your cohort’s first Foundations call. Monthly plans have 11 further installments, starting one calendar month after service begins; annual plans renew one calendar year after service begins. Your offer shows the exact amount, dates, and any applicable tax before you authorize payment. Foundations is included.
Before service begins, cancel in Membership billing for a full refund of your initial payment, including tax, with no early-exit fee. After service begins, paid membership has a 12-month commitment. Turning off renewal does not erase the remaining initial installments. Early exit from the initial monthly commitment costs the lower of $1,500 or those unpaid installments, replacing them. Monthly membership renews monthly after the initial year; annual membership renews annually. Turning off an annual renewal has no early-exit fee. Refunds after service begins are reviewed individually, with applicable rights preserved.
Your exact offer confirms individual Founding eligibility before payment. Any rate already reserved at registration remains available for your first individual paid membership. Each person in a couple counts separately toward eligibility, but couples plans keep their separate price. Your receipt records your accepted offer; an invitation, waitlist entry, or saved card alone does not enroll you or authorize a charge.
Your awarded individual Founding rate remains while your membership stays continuously active. Canceling before service begins preserves registration and any founding eligibility reserved at registration. If you leave after service begins, founding benefits end when membership ends; rejoining requires a new eligibility check. Your old member number does not automatically restore the rate.
Membership is for adults 18 and over in the United States. People of different backgrounds and stages of life are welcome. What matters here is your willingness to participate, listen, and contribute.
What happens next is still yours.
After the fear.
